Mission & Vision
Vision: STEMsations is an organization that gives space for STEM education and career exploration for underserved young people. Mission: Our mission is to provide exposure, hands-on experience, mentorship, and scholarships to young people in STEM and STEM careers.​With our vision and mission in mind we give youth unique "hands-on" workshops that introduce and expand knowledge of innovative STEM careers. STEMsations provides mentorship programs to guide youth to education and careers in STEM. We provide scholarships to youth entering college, trade schools, or certification programs connected with STEM careers.

Why STEM?
STEM careers are some of the top paying careers in the world. In this career field, there is a lack of diversity. According to the National Science Foundation, Hispanic workers represented 15% of the total STEM workforce in 2021, and Asian and Black workers were 10% and 9%, respectively. American Indians and Alaska Natives together made up less than 1% of the U.S. population and STEM workforce in 2021. STEMsations works to introduce diverse youth to the field of STEM through workshops, camps and giving mentorship to help bring more black and brown people to this field.
